vegetable garden
Behind our
restaurant is our vegetable garden.
Our vegetable
garden is without any pesticide and fungicide. The vegetable is
depend on the season and as long as the stock lasts.
You can get the
vegetable directly here or taste it
in our restaurant.
The menace of
snails is a big problem. In order to
desinfest the snails I pick regularly by
hand
all the snails. But
if you
don' t have any patience picking all the snails, there is a possibility
to rent a duck.
It is a project
which is award-winning in
Europe. If you thinking
